We just want to remind us that we are sending assignments every week through Sproutfy to be downloaded, printed and done by the learners. We are, again, kindly requesting all our parents to have the latest version of the App installed in your phones so that you enjoy more functionalities and flexibility.

Following the government’s decision to close down all schools, we remain closed until we get further directions from the ministry of education…

To keep our children engaged while at home, we advise you provide a copy of the Jesma April Holiday booklet for them and for their level. They can provide answers on the same booklet.

We also have noted that some of our pupils carried home the school course book and portfolios. Kindly help them to take absolute care of those materials until schools re-open.

Further communication will be given through SPROUTFY, our Web site and other social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

We are pleased to inform our parents that Cathsam School has continued very well on the path of embracing, upgrading and enhancing its digital usage. It is with this reason therefore, we continue doing away with manual and a lot of paper work. Please be informed that the School will be communicating to all our Parents/ Guardians through the Sproutfy App. For instance, from now on, all homework given to the pupils can only be accessed from the App. Parents/ Guardians can follow these simple steps to download, install and use the App:

1. Download and install SPROUTFY PARENT from PlayStore or App Store;
2. Launch the App on your phone, then click SIGN IN;
3. Choose the code for Kenya, i.e +254, key in the number which received the password SMS starting with 7, then click SIGN IN
4. Click the icon of your child at the upper left corner of the screen, then enjoy the functionalities, I.e Homework, School calendar, Attendance, Events, etc.
5. Click the Messages icon at the bottom-left corner of the App screen to read the messages and send feedback messages.

Since Monday 16th September, 2019 our Grade 3 pupils have being sitting for MLP assessments in line with the new competence based curriculum. It’s just an involving and exciting experience for the learners, the teachers and parents!

Our Grade 3 pupils carried out the market cleaning exercise in line with the new competence based curriculum (CBC) on Tuesday 10th September, 2019. It was great to see our young ones joyfully execute such a noble task. The experience was exciting to the learners, teachers and the public as well!

We welcome our pupils, staff and parents to the final and last term of the academic year 2019.  This will be a very short term but full of activities.

We thank God for giving us an opportunity to diligently and sincerely serve our pupils.  We extend the same to our parents for having confidence in us.  We encourage all to team up and to help us to close the year 2019 in style!
